Wireless module for medical imaging equipements.

Digital image data with high resolution and control commands can be transferred rapidly without dropouts via wireless network.

GaN Power Transistor

The GaN power transistor delivers higher gain & efficiency with lower cost. MJT provide GaN power transistors with our exclusive partner company ChipsK which has Gallium nitride (GaN) technology. Also, MJT can providfe customized RF power transistors by customer's request.
